Ang aneurysm ay ang pagnipis at pag-lobo ng isang parte ng mga ugat o arteries sa utak na maaring sanhi ng infection, mataas na presyon at injury o trauma sa ulo. Mga bata pa ang mga pasyente, edad 30-60, at mas maraming babae.

Ang problema ay kung maliit pa ang aneurysm ( less than 1 centimeter), wala pang nararamdamang mga symptoms, pero pag malapit na syang pumutok, dyan na nakakaramdam ng matinding sakit ng ulo lalo na sa taas at likod ng mga mata, kasama na pangingimay at panghihina ng muscles ng isang parte ng mukha.
