FOR HIP-HOP CONTEST
*ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE A BONA FIDE RESIDENT OF DIGOS CITY. EACH GROUP MUST PRESENT ATLEAST ONE(1) VALID ID OR OTHER CERTIFICATES TO SERVE AS PROOF OF RESIDENCY.
*EACH TEAM WILL HAVE 5-8 MEMBERS
*PERFORMANCE SHOULD HAVE LAST A MINIMUM OF 3 MINUTES AND MAXIMUM OF 4 MINUTES
*BEYOND THE LIMIT WILL LEAD TO 5 POINTS DEDUCTION
*USE OF SHARP, DANGEROUS AND FLAMMABLE MATERIALS ARE PROHIBITED

MECHANICS OF THE GAME!

1. Each team must consist of maximum of 12 players.
2. Each team must be on time on their assigned schedule.
3. Each team will be given an additional 15 minutes before the game will start, if the team will not come on their scheduled time they will be automatically forfeited.
4. Each team must wear proper volleyball attire.
5. Only the captain ball has the authority to complain and the referee’s decision will be irrevocable.
6. Only the head committees has the authority to decide if there are some instances that are not included in the mechanics of the game.
7.Each team must provide a contact number or fb account.
8.Game schedules are subject for re-scheduling if due to inevitable circumstances (e.g. rain, blackout, and etc.)
9.Each player must be a bona fide resident of Brgy. San Jose and also they must present a valid id or others certificates to serve as proof of residence.
10. REGISTRATION FEE P300.00 each team.

*Automatic disqualification form the league and banned from the future league;
* Liability for any physical injury and property

MECHANICS OF THE GAME!

I. Eligibility and Requirements

1. All players must be a bona fide resident of Barangay San Jose Digos City. They must present Valid ID or others certificates to serve as proof of residence.
2. Each team must have a minimum of 12 and a maximum 15 players.
3. Each team must pay registration fee:
a. Mosquitoes – PHP 300.00
b. Midgets – PHP 400.00
4. All players must wear proper attire during games (Jersey and Shoes). Wearing of jewelries is strictly prohibited.
5. Players of each team should play for only one team participating in the league.
6. Each player must submit birth certificate or any valid ID that shows their date of birth.
7. Deadline of submission of requirements (Birth Certificate and Valid Ids) is on April 8, 2023.

II. Player's Decorum

1. A player who is ejected out of the game by the referees shall not be allowed to continue to play.
2. If the player is ejected out of the game for the 2nd time, he will be suspended for the remaining games of the league.
3. Players who are ejected from the game should not be replaced on the team roster.
4. Once a player has played for a team, he cannot move to another team and his spot on the roster is locked. He cannot be replaced.
Any team member that engages in fist fight, brawl, argument before, during and after the game within the venue of the game will be subjected to.
*Automatic disqualification form the league and banned from the future league;
* Liability for any physical injury and property damages and losses;
*Civil case by organizers.
