𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗠𝗦𝗨-𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗡 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗟𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗭𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦

The Supreme Student Council (SSC), together with the academic and socio-civic organizations, of Mindanao State University - General Santos (MSU-GenSan) stands in solidarity with the MSU-GenSan in condemning the baseless allegation of the Philippine National Police (PNP) relative to the presence of the New People’s Army (NPA) recruitment inside the University. This malicious inclusion does not only endanger the security of the MSUans, but also undermines and discredits the active engagement of the student body in various socio-political issues within the university, as well as in the local, national, and even beyond the international context.

MSU-GenSan has been in the forefront in the fight to end the ‘Mindanao Problem’ since its establishment, integrating peace education in the university curriculum, especially as an institution endeavoring to become the next National Peace University. The red-tagging of Sen. Bato Dela Rosa poses threats to the right of the students to organize, and to freedom of speech and expression. This careless act by the PNP and other personalities direspects the intellect and power of the studentry by branding student movements as “rebelious” when in fact, these movements are in congruence with the goal of the Filipino people for a robust and progressive nation-building effort in contribution for mass-centered, democratic and sustainable development.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙤-𝙘𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙘 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙈𝙎𝙐-𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙎𝙖𝙣 𝙪𝙧𝙜𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙜𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙬𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙧𝙚𝙙-𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜. MSUans will not fall to the threats of the hands of state forces to silence the students and will not cease from engaging in socio-political issues that continue to marginalize the members of the lowest echelon in the society. The studentry will not allow ourselves to be a tool for political grandstanding and distorted accusations for the benefit of a government insitution who poses themselves “to serve and protect.” We will continue to fight for truth, justice, and democracy and represent the voiceless in the society.

The officers of the Engineering Technology Students Organization convened for a semplanning meeting during which they deliberated about the plan and direction for the upcoming year semester. The gathering took place at the TBI ICEBOX office, located in the H building of Mindanao State University. The main topic of meeting was centered about reports and project approval, with the aim of guaranteeing that the projects are not only innovative but also in line with the department's long-term objectives.

Proceed to your department’s assigned room to settle the department fee:

Step 3:
Secure and fill up your clearance form, which will be given out in room H2-04.

Step 4:
Make your way to H-AVR, Second Floor (Left-Wing) to pay the following fees:

Step 5:
Finally, proceed to your respective department office for final encoding.
