'FAITH MASK'
In the pandemic, it was the face mask that protected us from COVID-19, but it was our "faith mask" that shielded us from fear, anxiety, stress, hopelessness, depression, and other negative effects of COVID-19.
It is the presence of God that keeps us afloat, and it is the love of God that keeps us strong.

𝗘𝗨𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲!
There he was, this young man, waiting for me outside the chapel where I was going to celebrate an online Mass. He approached me with a simple request: to join me in my Mass, "even if I would just stand outside," he said. "After six months of quarantine, I miss the Eucharist so much," he hastened to add. How could I say no to this faith-filled request?
After the Mass, I saw him wave at me goodbye, with the Eucharistic Lord in his heart, and with a beautiful smile in his eyes.
WITHOUT THE EUCHARIST, WE ARE WEAK AND HELPLESS.

Lord, increase our love for You in the Eucharist. Amen.

Tomorrow, the Roman Catholic Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, most commonly known as Corpus Christi Sunday. We believe in the transubstantiation, when the bread and wine are transformed into the Body and Blood of our Lord, during the Consecration. And so, we unite with Christ, in the Holy Communion.
