Drug Personalities Nabbed during Buy Bust Operation
On August 30, 2024 at about 3:10 A.M., DEU-Operatives of General Trias CCPS led by PMAJ MARK ANTHONY D SARNO under the supervision of the undersigned, executed Buy-Bust operation at Brgy. Santiago, General Trias City, Cavite that resulted in the arrest of the suspect. Investigation conducted revealed that DEU (Drug Enforcement Unit) operatives who acted as police poseur–buyer were able to purchase from the suspects, one (1) piece of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing dried leaves and fruiting tops suspected to be SHABU in exchange for Three (3) pieces One Hundred peso bill used as Buy Bust Money.
In the course of arrest, also confiscated and recovered Three (3) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be SHABU in actual possession and control of the suspects.
Arrested suspects is now under the custody of General Trias Component City Police Station while a case for Violation of Sec. 5, 11 & 26 of Article 2 of R.A 9165 are now being prepared by this office against the suspect for filing at the Office of the City Prosecutor, General Trias City Cavite. The confiscated pieces of evidence will be brought to Cavite Provincial Forensic Unit, Imus City, Cavite for examination.
