TOP 1 Most Wanted Person (Municipal Level) Arrested by Hilongos Police

With the aim of providing quality service to the people most especially to the people of Hilongos, Leyte, Hilongos Municipal Police Station under the strong and active leadership of PMAJ AMBROCIO V DEMAIN, Acting Chief of Police and direct supervision of PCOL DIONISIO DELA CRUZ APAS JR, Officer-In-Charge, Leyte Police Provincial Office – never stopped its fight against all forms of criminality thereby continuously conducted manhunt operations which resulted to the successful arrest of Most Wanted Person on May 2, 2024 at about 11:00 o’clock in the morning at Brgy. Imelda, Hilongos Leyte.

Hilongos MPS Tracker Team received an information report from BINs of this Station relative to the whereabouts of the suspect who has pending warrant of arrest dated April 18, 2024 for the crime of R**e under Art. 266-A par. 1(A) of the RPC, as amended by R.A. 8353, RTC, 8th Judicial Region, Branch 18, Hilongos, Leyte with criminal case No.H-3859 with no bail recommended.

Accused alyas “pinong” was arrested by the above mention team on the aforementioned Time, Date and Place then brought to Hilongos MPS for documentation and is now temporarily detained at this Station lock up cell while waiting for the commitment order issued by the court of origin.
“The arrest of the suspect signified the commitment of Hilongos Police Station, under my supervision and control the non-tolerance of any wanted person to remain in Scott free. This serve as warning to the would be criminal to think twice before committing such, as no one will be spared and could go beyond the long arm of the law”. PMAJ DEMAIN stressed.

Hilongos MPS Personnel under the supervision of PMAJ AMBROCIO V DEMAIN, Acting Chief of Police, together with local traffic enforcer, conducted traffic assistance to the students of Central Elementary School along National Highway of Brgy. Central, Hilongos Leyte. In support to the Enhanced Managing Police Operations (EMPO) Strategy of the PNP.
