CANDUMARAO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL- District of Hinigaran II IS NOW ACCEPTING TEACHER I APPLICANTS FOR S.Y. 2021-2022.

a) Application Letter addressed to the respective School Head (Mrs. Mary Ann D. Vidaja) of the School you are applying
b) CSC Form 212 Personal Data Sheet (Revised 2005) in two copies with their latest 2x2 ID Picture
c) Certified photocopy of PRC Professional Identification Card or a PRC Certification showing the Teacher’s name, LET Rating, and other information recorded in the PRC Office.
d) Certified Photocopy of Ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) / Professional Board Examination for Teachers (PBET)
e) Certified Photocopy of Transcript of Records
f) Copies of Service Records, Performance Rating, and School Clearance for those with teaching experience. If unavailable, an applicant must submit a justification citing the reason/s of unavailability.
g) Certificates of specialized training if any
h) Certified copy of the Voter’s ID and/or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by the School Screening Committee
i) NBI Clearance
j) Omnibus certification of Authenticity and Veracity of all documents submitted, signed by the applicant.
All documents must be arranged in order as listed above.

Modular Learning Delivery Modality is one of the Distance Learning Deliveries utilize so that learning may still take place between the teacher and the learners who are geographically remote from each other during instruction. In this time of pandemic where face-to- face instruction is not feasible, Modular Learning Delivery has been chosen by majority of parents to ensure the continuity of learning for their children.In line with this, Candumarao Elementary School through the leadership of its school head Mrs. Mary Ann D. Vidaja, with the active participation of the teaching staff, and in collaboration with the parents and LGUs conducted a simulation activity for the distribution of modules on September 2, 2020.

The simulation activity aims to give an overview of the possible scenario on the actual distribution of modules to be conducted on October 5, 2020 on the opening of classes for the school year 2020-2021.

Our deepest gratitude to the people who had contributed in making this Simulation of Modular Distance Learning a success. Thank you so much! 🤗❤❤❤
