The event was a success! All of us were really stressed and restless during the preparation for the celebration of the Spring Festival and Family Day, but thankfully, our hard work has all paid off.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to those who believed in us from the very beginning up to the end of our celebration, especially our parents and laoshimen. Your unwavering support and love for us made it even more joyful and successful. Along with that, we would like to acknowledge every SPFL student who has given their time, efforts, dedication, and participation in this victorious event. Let us all do well until then! 新年快乐 ❗️

The most-awaited annual celebration of the Spring Festival is once again about to happen! We are inviting everyone to come and celebrate with us, the SPFL students, as we will once again showcase our creativity through the booth presentation and, in dancing, through our performances of Dragon Dance, Fan Dance (Boys & Girls), Umbrella Dance, and Modern Dance. Indeed, today’s event was a victorious celebration along with the whole SPFL Program. 🎎

We would like to extend our deepest gratitutde to our 老师们, most especially to Ma'am Rowena M. Dullas, for being with us as we celebrate this historical event! This event wouldn’t be possible without your unwavering love & support for the SPFL Program.

Also, thank you to our SPFL Club Officers along with Ma'am Maureen C. Badar, our SPFL Club Adviser, for carrying out this event successfully!

SPFL First Ever Joint Year-End Party 🏮

𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | SPFL Club secures Best Booth Design award

After showcasing the captivating Chinese culture through booth making, the Special Program in Foreign Language: Chinese-Mandarin (SPFL) Club bags the Best Booth Design award in the National Students' Day celebration at Zambales National High School (ZNHS), Thursday afternoon, December 7.

“Maybe because the collaborative effort is present, and maybe one thing that helped them to achieve that award, being the best booth design, is because they are already used to it,” said Mrs. Rowena Dullas, Coordinator of the SPFL Club.

“Since they have the annual celebration of the Spring Festival wherein they are always tasked to prepare or to build their booth. I think that is also one of the contributory factors aside from the collaborative effort,” she added.

Mrs. Dullas also coined the leadership of the Club President, Saimonne Bacsal, stating that she has the charisma of making her officers move, and emphasized that it is an essential characteristic of being a good leader.

“Being able to put up the booth successfully is already a win for us, SPFL Club Officers & Students. But, being awarded as the Best Booth Design Award is truly an honor. We are indeed filled with indestructible joy knowing that our time, effort, and preparation for the booth paid off,” Saimonne Bacsal, the SPFL Club President said.

“For us to win the "Best Booth Design" award, is mostly because we have gathered the ideas of everyone who is involved in making our booth possible,” Bacsal added.

Bacsal also quipped the visual appeal of their Chinese-themed booth that used a solid color combination, red and gold, which made it look organized, making their booth more visually pleasing and eye-catching.

恭喜, 大家! We wouldn’t have accomplished this without all of the time and effort that we put in. Despite the limited time we had for preparation, we succeeded in creating a presentable booth. Our hard work has all paid off. All thanks to all SPFL students who gave their hands wholeheartedly in setting up the SPFL booth. We also want to express our gratitude to our incredible lǎoshīmén, who stood by us from the very beginning up to the end and offered us their full support. And lastly, we would also like to thank all students of ZNHS who took an active part in participating in the activities that we’ve prepared. Until next time! 谢谢 🏮
