Yes! I’m so proud of myself not bad for being a 1st timer runner. I’m thankful to my coaches Nile Francis and Ann Omlan for the encouragement to join the Virtual Run. I’m always grateful to my Wellness Unlimited Community for the motivation. I’m thankful also to my Healthy Cell Coaches and Heathy Cells Family.

A goal without a plan is just a wish. But when you have discipline and determination nothing is impossible. Just like my nephew it's really hard for him to gain weight. But through dedication and mindset he was able to gain 13.2 lbs. Balanced Nutrition is a key.

We all know that weight loss doesn’t begin in the gym with a dumb bell instead it starts in your head with a decision and mindset. I started telling myself that my will to live a healthy life is stronger than my cravings. Weight loss is not a physical challenge, It’s a mental one. I eat only what I need, I’m not dieting, I’m just practicing self-control. It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change. I choose to eat healthy foods. I choose to stay on track. Today is the chance to change yourself for the better version of yourself. You have to believe yourself when no one else does. That makes you a winner right there. The hard days are what make you stronger.

In my BEFORE picture I am 33 years old with lots of health concerns. And now in my AFTER picture I am 40 years old with high energy, less health concerns and most of all I am more productive in my daily lives.
