FAQs:

# Orders

- The customer should fill up the order form; order made without the order form will not be accepted
- Upon ordering, the costumer should provide a screenshot of their desired item
- Cancelation of orders after the confirmation is not allowed
- The order is valid once Verte_ph confirms it
- If the item is not claimed after 3 delivery attempts, the order is automatically cancelled
- Valid contact details and location should be provided upon ordering
- Bogus buyers are not allowed and will be banned from the shop

# Reservation

- Reservation of items is only up to 3 days
- Reservation of items requires additional Php 50 that should be payed in advance
- If the reserved item is not claimed within or after 3 days, the reservation fee will not be refunded
- If the reserved item is not refunded within or after 3 days, the reservation will be cancelled

# Grabbing

- Grabbing is only allowed for reserved items
- Grabbing of item requires additional Php 100 that should be payed in advance
- The item will be confirmed grabbed if the additional payment has been made and if Verte_ph received the payment
- Once the item has been confirmed grabbed, the item should be immediately claimed within the day of confirmation

# Payments

- Verte_ph accepts Gcash and Cash on Delivery/Meet-up
- Additional payments for reservation and grabbing will be made through Gcash
- No additional payment, no reservation/grabbing
- Half/partial payments upon delivery/meet-up is not allowed

# Delivery

- Verte_ph accepts delivery within city area
- Delivery fee applies and depends on the location
- Meet-up is also accepted
- The costumer will be called an hour before the delivery
- The costumer should provide valid contact number for fast transactions
- If the item is not claimed within or after 3 consecutive delivery attempts, the order will be canceled
