Daghanang mga proyekto ug programa ang nakab-ot sa maong panagtigum sa pinaka-unang Congressional Dialogue on House Bill No. 2316 sa katukoran sa usa ka Artificial Intelligence Industrial Research Park nga diha mismo ipahimutang sa MSU-IIT nga planong gahinan kini sa kantidad og P2 Billion.

Gitambongan usab ni Atty. Jose Mari Fabrigar, former City Vice Mayor Monsi Vera Cruz , Col. Leony Roy G. Ga ug former City Councilor Petronilo Pardillo ang maong panagtagbo ug adunay lalom nga binayloay sa mga maayong hunahuna ug panglantaw para sa kaayohan sa dakbayan.
Unang mipresentar si Chancellor Alizedney Ditucalan sa kasamtangang kahimtang sa MSU-IIT nga sa dugay nga panahon nagkinahanglan og tinood nga tingog didto sa nasudnong Kongreso. Mapasalamaton kaayo si Chancellor Ditucalan sa balaodnon ug proyekto ni Congressman Regencia tungod kay ang Artificial Intelligence mao na ang bag-ong industrya nga gapanghitabo tibuok kalibutan nga makatabang diha sa pag-modernize sa Health Services, Agricultural Services, Environmental Protection, Human Security ug uban pang matang nga molambo ang kalidad sa kinabuhi sa mga tawo.

Misunod dayon og presentar si Engr. Maria Shiela K. Ramos, ang Dean sa College of Engineering ug si Rabby Q. Lavilles, DIT., ang Dean sa College of Computer Studies diin ilang gipakita kang Congressman Regencia ang daghanang research na nahimo sa mga scientists nga anaa sa MSU-IIT, ang ilang mga na-imbento nga mga kahimanan ilabina diha sa natad sa disaster risk reduction ug gitagsa-tagsa nila pagpaila ang mga world renowned scientists and researchers nga ania sa dakbayan sa Iligan. Malipayon sila sa lakang nga gihimo ni Congressman Regencia tungod kay ang MSU-IIT nagkinhanglan gayod og “𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙣” nga mopalambo sa MSU-IIT para makahatag kini og igong edukasyon sa mga kabatan, trabaho para sa mga katawhan ug saktong mga kagamitan para sa kalambuan sa dakbayan pinaagi sa Artificial Intelligence.

Mibisita dayon si Congressman Regencia sa MSU-IIT pagkahapon kuyog ni Chancellor Ditucalan ug gisubay nila ang mga buildings and research centers sa MSU-IIT nga nag-promote sa Artificial Intelligence. Nasaksihan usab ni Congressman Regencia ang mga na-imbentong mga drone, instruments, chips ug uban pang mga kahimanan nga hinimo sa atong mga lokal nga mga scientists ug mga estudyante nga nagkinahanglan og dakong suporta gikan sa Congressman sa Dakbayan.

Kun adtong unang panahon tungod sa National Steel Corporation ug uban pang mga industriya nga gipangamahan sa mga nasudnong lideres sa Iligan kaniadto, nahimo ang dakbayan isip “the Pittsburgh of the South” or “the most industrialized city in the South”. Karon tungod sa mga pool of scientists and experts in Artificial Intelligence nga ania sa MSU-IIT ug wala sa ubang lugar sa nasud posibleng pila ka mga tuig gikan karon mamahimo ang Iligan as the “𝙎𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙤𝙣 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨” tungod sa balaodnon nga gipasaka ni Congressman Regencia.

Panghinaot ni Congressman Regencia nga sa natad sa Edukasyon kanunay gayod kining suportahan kay naka-angkla niini ang kaugmaon sa mga kabatano-onan ug ang malahutayong kalambuan sa tibuok dakbayan. Congrats to Atty. Alizedney M. Ditucalan, J.D. , LLM, for his election and appointment as Chancellor of MSU-Iligan Institute of Technology by the Board of Regents of the Mindanao State University!

With such sterling record of service, MSU-IIT will certainly be steered forward.

We wish to congratulate Prof. Atty. Alizedney M. Ditucalan, JD, LLM, for his election and appointment as Chancellor of MSU-Iligan Institute of Technology by the Board of Regents of the Mindanao State University.

Chancellor Ditucalan will serve for a term of five years from February 28, 2022 to February 27, 2027. As MSU-IIT chancellor, he will also sit as member of the university's Board of Regents. Prior to his election, he was Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs of the MSU Main campus.

Chancellor Alizedney Ditucalan holds a post-Juris Doctor degree (LL.M. in International Economic and Business Law) from the Graduate School of Law, Kyushu University in Japan as a Young Leaders Program Scholar. He is currently finishing his Research Doctorate in Law and is the first Filipino admitted to the said program in Kyushu University, Japan under a scholarship of the Japan International Cooperation Agency.

He is a proud alumnus of the Department of English of the MSU-IIT College of Arts and Social Sciences and was honored in 2018 as an Outstanding MSU-IIT Alumnus (TOMA) and outstanding alumnus of the College of Arts and Social Sciences and the Department of English in 2019.

What is the AD Index all about?

In the presence of many different university ranking systems, as the "AD Scientific Index", we have developed a ranking system with a different methodology based on the principle of including only meritorious scientists. Based on Google Scholar’s total h-index scores, we have listed all academicians, who are ranked in the world in the top 10,000 and top 100,000 in university rankings. Furthermore, we have listed the breakdown of this ranking by main subjects. As the order of ranking principles, we used the overall top 10,000 scientists list primarily. Secondly, we used the ranking in the top 100,000, top 200.000 and top 400.000 scientists list. Thirdly, the total number of scientists in the AD Scientific Index was ranked by the university.
