To our very first princess, Princess Nicole Segundo, thank you for giving us yet another spectacular showmanship and showing that your pageant antics are something each lady should learn from. Whatever your dreams may be, the team will always be here, cheering you on. Be the Queen you aspire to be, our dearest Princess.

To our ball of energy, Stef Dominise, thank you for always breaking barriers and making your presence felt like the ball of energy you're known to be. Your stint in this competition really showed your heart and told us a story different from your previous ones. Always know that Alchemy will forever be your rain of magic, with or without a crown.

To the entire team, the hair and make up artists, the designers, the coaches in Pasarela and in Q&A, the support system, the families of our queens, the sponsoring units of our candidates, we have reached this certain victory because of each of you.

While daytime Poblacion is known to its bustling economic transactions, the barangay takes rest during the night as it gate-keeps a tamed silence during the emergence of the evening. The Ludo Building that is located in Cabili Avenue is a witness of what comes alive in these two contrasting timelines. Miss Poblacion 2023 highlights the beauty of the landmark and shows that the barangay bares beauty even in a time when people least expect it.

It is named 𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗟 & 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗘 as the barangay prides in the hidden-close-to-perfection beauty of its people just like a pearl and its fresh perspective on beauty as it marks to be the 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 ever Miss Poblacion in many years.

Together with the ladies are the communities they represent. The 10 solidified and united front who 𝗪𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗥 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗦 𝗔 𝗪𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗘 and not just according to its parts.

This is how each community remains to be a part,
This is why Poblacion remains to be the city's heart.
