We replace FACTORY DEFECT LENSES for consideration to all buyers/clients. BUT, will not replace lenses na nagamit na then sasabihing nairritate mata nila. Kadalasan kasi MISHANDLING nalang din po ito. Hindi rin po ako nagpapalit ng lens na may punit sa gitna. (Baka napunit lang kasi.) SO PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THEM BEFORE USING. For REPLACEMENT: You need to shipback (dropship/shipping) or return to me (for iligan buyers) the lenses na sinasabing me sira. It might take weeks bago mareplace kasi minsan out of stock na ang series/color na yun so maghihintay pa tayo ng stocks from Korea. OR WE CAN JUST REPLACE IT TO OTHER SERIES/COLOR para mas mabilis maireturn sainyo. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS ONE: Kailangan po ang lens ay nasa medyo malamig na lugar. Hindi po sya pwede sa mainit kasi ito ay isa sa mga cause kaya nasisira ang lens. Medyo manipis rin po ang sparkle lens so dapat remind si client na wag naman masyadong mabigat ang kamay para hindi po ito mapunit kaagad :p
