Let's dive deeper to this very popular filipino meal "Cornsilog".
A combination of fried rice, egg, spices, chillies, potato (optional) & corned beef.
I enjoyed a lot about photography & videography this quarantine so it harnessed my skills as I practiced it everyday.
Bonus: Calories formula to go deficit, maintain or gain.
Formula: (Use a calculator)
First, solve bodyweight in lbs(pounds) × 15 = Present Calorie Intake.
Second, deduct (-100) for weight loss or add (+100) to gain weight = Daily Calorie Target. (Do not add or drop drastically)
Third, solve Ideal Protein Intake: Bodyweight × 0.8 to 1.5 (depending on your body goal) = answer × 4 (protein calories/gram) = Ideal Daily Protein Intake (in grams).
Fourth, solve Ideal Fat Intake:
Bodyweight × 0.3 to 0.5 (depending on your body goal) = answer × 9 (fat calories/gram) = Ideal Daily Fat Intake (in grams).
Lastly, solve Ideal Carbohydrate Intake:
Daily Calorie Target (-)minus Ideal Fat & Protein Intake = Carbohydrates Requirement ÷ 4 (carbohydrate calories/gram) = Ideal Carbohydrates Intake (in grams).

Always stick to pure black ( #1). No cream and sugar. No need to spend for a pre-workout drink. It's enough to drink one cup, an hour before workout and later after the workout to boost your metabolism.
I choose 1. I take mine black, with ice. Does that make me weird? :D
