In observance of the 42nd National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation week at the time of the Covid 19 pandemic, we are sharing these simple exercises.

Doing regular exercise is known to help boost our immune system. Make your extra time fun and do these exercises with your loved ones. You can also relax and take it slow. Afterall, we are made for movement.
