With the popularity of K-pop these days, samgyeopsal is also gaining a lot of popularity, so people here and there are doing business under the name of samgyeopsal, and I will explain what the real Korean people say about samgyeopsal.

Samgyeopsal is the abdominal region below the sirloin from the fifth rib bone or the sixth rib bone to the hind leg. It removes abdominal fat, seagull, and odol samgyeopsal, and the thickness of the subcutaneous fat is less than 7mm. Samgyeopsal is named because it has three layers of muscle and basal fat. The fat and muscles are layered at the right thickness and are quantified. Samgyeopsal is high in fat and low in protein, but the savory taste of fat and the savory taste of meat and protein are harmonized to attract everyone's taste.
It is pointed out that pork belly is too high in fat. However, its advantages are that it contains vitamins and minerals in moderation, has a soft texture and a good texture. Samgyeopsal, which produces about 12 kilograms per pig, has a large variation in its shape and composition depending on its location, so it is recommended to use different dishes depending on each location. Samgyeopsal is mainly used for roasting, and in foreign countries, it is used as a salted bacon.

The best way to eat samgyeopsal is to slice it into 0.5-1cm thick slices and cook it on a grill without any seasoning, and eat it with lettuce or cabbage wrapped in ssamjang.
