This is one of the highlight of the 18th NSJ in which the skills of every potential scouts are tested.
The Basilan National High School, being the only school in the Division of Isabela City that has qualified scouts, based from the latest guidelines for this event, immediately sent OUTDOORSMAN RIDZMHAR DUMA to represent the council.
They were grouped by crew to develop a resolution and was successfully approved. Despite the urgency to leave the forum for he is still to lead the fancy drill, he was able to do his job for both events successfully.

CHAMPION - SILENT DRILL DEMONSTRATION
Congratulations Basilan NHS Senior Scouts for being the very deserving CHAMPION for the Division-wide Scout Jamborette.
We won, not just because we had the advantage of having a scout uniform,
we had it, because we strived for what is proper, it was a "Scout Silent Drill Demonstration" not a drill of other entity or organization, it does not also require fancy movements or execution for it wasn't a Fancy Drill, but a SILENT DRILL.
We followed everything according to what is agreed, we never violated anything in the criteria, we ended at exactly 6 minutes. We did it all right!
For those who are still puzzled with the result, please feed yourselves with knowledge on how a SILENT DRILL must be done. No matter how entertaining a performance is, if it is wrong, it will always be wrong!
We are blessed for having highly trained judges who were able to see what is right, and made a very justifiable judgement.
Despite a very limited time to practice, your sacrifices turned to success!!
Again, Congratulations for a very deserving win BASILAN NHS SENIOR SCOUTS!!!!
