WHY DO MOST OF THOSE WHO GET STROKE GO INSIDE THE TOILET?

A 'stroke' or, let us say, high blood pressure attacks often occur in the 'bathroom' or bathroom. Why is it?

This is because when we take a shower, we are washing our head first that we shouldn’t. This is way wrong.

When we read our head first, the blood pressure suddenly rises and causes bursts or blockages in the head. The result, stroke and possible death.

Based on numerous studies and reports around the world, cases of paralysis and deaths due to 'stroke' occurring inside the bathroom have increased. According to experts, the proper way of bathing should be followed to avoid this.

Because 'blood circulation' determines the body's temperature, it is more difficult to adjust the body to outdoor temperature. According to doctors, if you wet the head first, the blood will rise suddenly. The risk of stroke due to this is likely to occur and will worsen in the passing days.

What is the proper way to take a bath?

— Wet the feet first, then increase the dab on the thigh, stomach, then the arm.

— It is better to drink a glass of water before bathing, or put water in the mouth before washing the head.

This method should be followed especially for those with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and migraine.

Pass this message to your family and friends to avoid stroke in bathing.

Avoid the pains, stay active and alert ☺️☺️☺️

Sitting for prolonged periods of time can be a major cause of back pain, cause increased stress of the back, neck, arms and legs and can add a tremendous amount of pressure to the back muscles and spinal discs. Additionally, sitting in a slouched position can overstretch the spinal ligaments and strain the spinal discs.

Besides being uncomfortable, poor sitting posture and workplace ergonomics over time can damage spinal structures and contribute to recurrent episodes of neck or back pain.

No matter how comfortable you are at your desk, prolonged, static posture is not good for your back. Try to remember to stand, stretch and walk at least a minute or two every half hour. Moving about and stretching on a regular basis throughout the day will help keep your joints, ligaments, muscles and tendons loose, which in turn will help you feel more comfortable, more relaxed and more productive.

Lately, we’ve been dealing with a number of patients’s with Facial Paralysis. Here’s what you should know…

BELL’s PALSY or Facial Nerve Paralysis is an unexplained episode of facial muscle weakness or paralysis. It begins suddenly and worsens over 48 hours. This condition results from damage to the facial nerve (the 7th cranial nerve). Pain and discomfort usually occur on one side of the face or head.

To help speed up the recovery process, many people choose to do PHYSICAL THERAPY or exercises for Bell's palsy.

Visit us or book an appointment with us if you suspect you have these symptoms.
