But, what does the word HONOR actually mean?

Honor is bigger than our feelings. It's about respect.
Respect says, "I can disagree with you but I can still honor you."
Honor isn't based on feelings, it's an action. Honoring God and your parents looks like obedience despite of what we may be feeling.

Continue to honor your parents, if wala pa, the time is Now🥹❤️

Always give quality time to your family.

Because you can't bring back time. Make sure you show up, even if you are busy reaching your dreams.

Show them your love through time. ❤️☺️

Lately, I've been struggling with questions in my mind in this phase of life that I've been through; the phase that wasn't like before. "Before" was unconditionally happy, shared stories or things to limitless people, I was contented. I want to go back....

But why am I questioning the prayers that God have answered me; my heart's desires. These are the beautiful souls that I can love unconditionally,
new people that I can share stories and things with joy, and the overflowing grace.

Why do I have to go back if I can choose to continue and focus to what's more important; Not the questions in my mind but the answers in my heart.

The phase is just a phase, but the journey will continue...

"You never really loved someone until, you learn to forgive", sabi nga ng isang kanta ng Ben and Ben. Ikaw ba? Naforgive mo na ba ang sarili mo? Kung hindi, you never really loved yourself. Magbago ka na nga! Ops! Mahirap 'to, pero hayaan mo, di ka nag iisa, kasama mo ako.

Ang pagbabago ay kadalasang nakakatakot at minsan nama'y simple. Kung nagiging tiyak ang gusto nating baguhin, mas mahirap ang unang hakbang para sundin ito.

Teka, kamusta na kaya ang puso mo sa mga pinagdadaanan mo ngayon? Oo, yung ngayon, hindi yung noon na mga madilim na oras sa iyong buhay. Yung panahong naging makasarili ka at di mo alam kung san ka na patungo. Masaya sa mga bisyo at mga kaibigang pinapalayo ka sa Diyos. Naku! Tama na nga! Binabalik ko pa kasi ang noon. Wag na natin ibalik iyan. Ang importante desidido ka ng magsimula ngayon.

May nabasa akong, hindi raw sisimulan ni God ang pagbabago sa isang bagay hangga't hindi nya naaalis ang luma. Ganun din sa atin. Kailangan nating alisin ang luma para simulan ang pagbabago.

Ang unang hakbang para mayakap natin ang pagbabago na gusto ni God ay ibahin ang ating pokus. Tigilan na rin natin ang paglingon sa nakaraan at umpisahan nating tumingin sa paroroonan. Pero dahan dahan lang tayo ha, huwag mapressure. Mas importante ang direkyon kaysa sa bilis.

Naniniwala akong kaya mo to! Unti-unti mo ng kalimutan ang mga panghihinyang, failures o mga bagay na nagpapabigat sayo. Iwanan na natin ang mga panahong minsan tayong nagkamali. Hindi natin makikita kung san tayo patungo, kung patuloy tayong nakalingon sa likuran.

Bangon lang, hindi pa huli ang lahat na magbago kasama si God at Sya mismo ang magsasabi sayo na "Iba ka na!" 😉

Psalm 51:10 "Create in me a clean heart, O God and renew a right spirit in me."

Tumigil muna saglit,
Huminga ng malalim at pumikit,
Sarap sa pakiramdam na hindi ka iiwan,
Ramdamin ang pagmamahal na di mawakasan,
Bagong umaga na puno ng pagsubok at pag-asa....
Simulan sa ngiti at patuloy sa grasya.

When things are fine, we often say “thank you Lord!”
We remember that He is a faithful God who cares for His children.
But when things do not look good, doubt creeps in, forgetting what He has done in the past, who He is and what He does.

There may be worries filling our minds today. Needs we have been praying yet as of the moment, unmet. We rely on what we see in portions, losing sight of the truth that God sees the whole picture. With that, my prayer for today is may we grow more in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The more we know and trust Him, the lesser our fears are. Nothing and no one can sn**ch us out of His hand. He is sovereign regardless of what is happening today and what is to come.

Beloved, Your Father in Heaven knows what you need. And He knows too, when you truly need it. Have faith in His ways and in His timing. He does not intend to give what is just good enough, but always, yes always what is best for you.
All for His glory.

If you are that person who barely made it through the day; exhausted and beaten physically, mentally or emotionally, I would like you to remember this: His mercies are new everyday. There is always fresh grace, fresh strength, fresh courage that await you.

If there will be new burdens to come, there is always new mercies coming. If you have failed today, there is still tomorrow to start over. For in Christ, the pressure is off. The more you rely on Him, the lighter things will be. So my prayer for you today is that, may you cast all your anxiety upon Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

May His peace be upon you always.
He loves you.

"PA-HINGA"

Sa matagal na panahon, ako nama’y nakapagpahinga.
Sa daming nangyayari sa aking buhay ay nakalimutan ko ng magpasalamat, huminto, at magdasal ng taimtim. Sarili ko’y napapatanong, kelan nga ba ako’y muling nakipag usap sa Kanya?. Hindi lamang sa pamamagitan ng dasal ngunit kahit konting oras upang makipag-usap manlang.

Binigyan ako ng Diyos ng maraming talento. Kanta?.sayaw?.sulat?guhit?o pakikipag-kapwa? kaya kong gawin lahat ng mga ito. Masaya akong gawin ito dahil ito rin ang nagbibigay buhay sa akin. Nasilaw ako sa palakpak at ngiti ng mga tao sa tuwing ako ay magbahagi. At dumating na ang mga problema at masasakit na salitang ako’y marunong lang,.. ngunit hindi magaling. Hindi ako nakapagpokus sa isang bagay na gusto ko talagang gawin. Yung pakiramdam na hindi ka naman sinusuportahan at nagsasabing hindi naman ako magaling. Nabulag ako at sa huli’y hindi ko na makita ang aking mga talento, madali akong bumitaw sa Diyos. Lumayo ako.

Araw- araw akong napapaisip, marami akong nasasayang na panahon, naaksayang mga bagay. Nawalan ako ng gana; nagpokus ako sa aking trabaho at sarili. Sa mga paraang ito, paulit-ulit na lamang ang takbo ng aking buhay. HINDI PALA ganun KASAYA.
MALI ako. Nakinig ako sa mga tao, at hindi sa Diyos. Sinubukan ko ulit huminga ng malalim at yumuko. Humingi ng tawad sa mga panahong naging mabilis ang mga oras sa pagkamit ng aking mga pangarap, o pag-abot ng mga plano sa buhay. Unti-unti lang.

Ako ay madali lang nawala.

Ngayon na ang oras upang makipag usap sa Kanya. Sayawan na ang problema, sa ulan ay kumanta, at ang patutunguhan ay iguhit na may tuwa. Hindi na titigil sa pagsulat ng tiwala.

Nagbabalik sa paglilingkod,
At babangon ng MALUGOD mula sa pagod.

sa Kanyang sa aki’y nagpa-hinga, ako naman ngayo’y nakapagpahinga sa simula. :)
