Mactan Scooter Club
The Mactan Scooter Club promotes unity among the great diversity that exists in the scooter motorcycling community. We are committed to creating a lasting friendship and camaraderie among scooter riders of Mactan. The group promotes improvement in all aspects of road safety concerning scooter riders and foster a good public image for motorcycling and motorcyclists. The club also aims to co-operate with other organizations which have similar aims and objectives.
