Nanays of Lian

Nanays of Lian’s Ibang Anghang Chili sauce is made from locally sourced ingredients - except for the 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil.😉

It’s not just a fiery dipping sauce, but with a little vinegar also makes a mean marinading sauce.

We had Samgyupsal at home with our Ibang Anghang-marinated pork liempo earlier today and it was so good, I almost forgot to snap a pic.🤭

Ibang Anghang - a different take on your regular **whispers: boring** chili garlic sauce. We tried it with most our meals and it suits so many different dishes - from Lomi to Samgyup and aaaall the way to Pizza.

S**a ni Nanay - I never thought spiced vinegar could taste like “satisfaction”. If you need me to explain further: it offers the right amount of acidity and heat and just that teeny tiny bit of sweetness to your bite.

But I guess you gotta see this one for yourself 😉

Yay! We can finally launch our Nanays of Lian products. From a special chili sauce to traditionally Filipino pickled mangoes.
All products are lovingly made by our local “nanays”.❤️

Nanays of Lian is a project that started during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This project aims to create a livelihood for the women of Lian, Batangas who are struggling to pursue their regular jobs due to travel restrictions or who seek jobs in order to support their families.

We will be selling Burong Mangga, S**a ni Nanay (spiced vinegar) and Ibang Anghang (a unique chili sauce).
50% of the profits will go directly to the “Nanays”, the other 50% will fund more projects like these.
