In light of the widespread effect of Typhoon Carina and the Southwest Monsoon / Habagat, we shall be accepting any of the following help that you may share with our kababayans who have been affected by said weather phenomena:

- instant noodles
- instant coffee
- toiletries / personal hygiene kits

Donations shall be accepted beginning on July 26, Friday, at the following drop-off points:

The LCC Silvercrest Senior High School faculty and staff successfully welcomed their students, along with their parents, back to their second home last Monday, July 15, with the theme, "Igniting the LCCian Core Values: Towards a Meaningful Journey to Excellence".

Beginning at exactly 8:30am, the Parents and Students' Orientation and Recognition Program kicked off with a brief but meaningful opening remarks made by the LCC Silvercrest Senior High School Assistant Principal and Supreme Student Government Adviser, Dr. Lino P. Balantac.

Afterwards, an ice breaker was held, and the HiYaw Club and Bandharana ardently presented their talents, which entertained each attendee.

It was then followed by the orientation proper, which was led by LCC Silvercrest Senior High School Principal, Mr. Eric S. Masupil, as he introduced and highlighted the Lipa City Colleges and LCC Silvercrest School Administration, Faculty, and Staff and the Institutional and Departmental Policies and Programs.

Furthermore, the efforts and hard work of the Grade 11 honor students of A. Y. 2023-2024 were commemorated during the recognition proper.

The event was finally wrapped up by the words of the event's overall vice chairman and St. Regina Adviser, Mr. Christian Janiero Punzalan; simultaneously, the students enthusiastically participated in the enlistment/recruitment of new members for the department's student organizations.

Indeed, your journey begins with us!

Our department invited the graduating students of LCC Silvercrest Junior High School Department to witness the exhibit of activities and opportunities from taking different strands and help them to see what kind of road they want to take.

With the help of our six strands [ABM; HE; HUMSS; ICT; GAS; STEM] and three clubs [ , , ], we were able to pull off this successful event and turn the switch on for the upcoming senior high school students!

As we embark on a new chapter in the history of Lipa City Colleges, we are thrilled to announce the beginning of a new era of leadership with the appointment of our new President, Dr. Joe Vincent J. It is an action for a cause, Red Cross on Roll! 🚑🚨

As we invited the Philippine Red Cross - Batangas Chapter, our attendees from different schools learned and showed their emergency response activities. At that moment, they were all able to demonstrate the proper way of doing cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR, which is one of the useful actions to do in any case of crisis.👩‍⚕️🙌

As we deeply treasure our security, this disaster preparedness and readiness seminar workshop is headed by our two student leaders and DRRM Ambassadors: TLGA SSLG President John Carlos C. Zaldarriaga and the LCC SHS SSG President Andrea Nicole Marzo to provide knowledge and awareness about disaster reporting. Embodying the values of the organization deeply helped the participants to delve into the concepts of risk reduction and response strategies with also the help of social media. 👩‍💻👨‍💻

Lipeño Youths Surely Got it by Heart! 🤩👊

The preparation for a long-term awareness and understanding of possible tragedies and how to come up with a solution was a successful event for everyone. 👏

Last April 6, 2024, at Carlos Mojares Gymnasium, "Project SAGIP!" seminar-workshop was carefully planned for our youths to showcase not only their skills and disaster preparedness but also to share and gain more knowledge.

A plan wouldn't be possible to be an action without our active participants who gave their time to learn, share, and help us to know the action needed in case of emergency. The students from these different schools really proved what Lipeño Youths has! ❤️‍🔥🙌

Chosen Supreme Student Government (SSG) officers along with selected LCC Young Peers' Circle (YPC) officers and members, and other student leaders from different departments and institutions, allied to commemorate the annual National Arts Month with the theme, "Ani ng Sining, Bayang Malikhain".

The student leaders were particularly invited to the opening ceremony and ribbon cutting for the visual art exhibits of various Lipeño artists at the Cultural Center of Lipa last Thursday, February 29, 2024.

Centered on the talents and wit of each present artist, the event proved to its audience that art is indeed an expression -- an expression of emotions, thoughts, desires, and most importantly, Lipeño's undying traditions and creativity.

“We lead, we listen, we influence!” 🤩👊

As of Monday, February 19, 2024, our SSG main officers, selected strand representatives, and assistant adviser took part in the successful BENCHMARKING held at The Lipa Grace Academy.

This event serves as a guide for the current officers and future SSG officers of the SHS department to know the different student leader systems, club programs, and school events that our department can use for the upcoming years.

To our SSG assistant adviser, Mr. Nardito Quinonez, who also attended the benchmarking event with the student leaders of TLGA, thank you so much.
