Day2 - Mary is LOVE that OFFERS
Love knows how to offer and to offer itself. At the foot of the cross, Mary offers the precious treasure of his life, Christ Jesus, with a priestly heart to the Father. She also offers herself a life inseparably bound to her son's.
Today, let us offer to the Father our past, present, and future life with the same sentiments Christ had on Calvary and Mary at the foot of the Cross
"๐ฎ๐๐๐๐

๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐."
Today, we celebrate the love, wisdom, and warmth that grandparents bring into our world. From their timeless stories to the invaluable life lessons they share, grandparents are the roots that hold our families together. Their hugs feel like home, their words are filled with wisdom, and their love is unconditional.
Whether it's a hand to hold during tough times, a shoulder to cry on, or a smile that brightens any day, grandparents make life richer in every way. They are our connection to the past and a reminder to cherish every moment in the present.
Thank you for your endless patience, your endless support, and for being the guiding light in our lives. We are forever grateful for your love and kindness.
To all the grandparents out there, you are cherished beyond words! ๐
Tag your Lolo and Lola here to show your love and appreciation

Today, we Canossians and Catholics around the world celebrate the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the birthday of the beloved mother of Jesus. As we celebrate this day, may we join hand-in-hand in prayer and attend a mass to honor this day for our Spiritual Mother as we ask for her intercession to guide and bless us in all we do. ๐ธ

๐ญ๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐: ๐ด๐๐๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐
The first session, led by Mr. Leonilo Fosana, focused on the Moral Recovery Program (MRP), an initiative rooted in Presidential Commission #828 and Senate Resolution #19. The program encourages Filipinos of all ages to engage in the national effort to promote good governance and eradicate corruption. Mr. Fosana emphasized the four core values of the MRP:
Maka-Diyos: Fostering a God-centered and God-fearing society.
Makatao: Promoting love, integrity, solidarity, and respect for others.
Makabansa: Encouraging patriotism and law-abiding citizenship.
Makakalikasan: Instilling a deep love and care for the environment.
The program, initiated by former President Fidel V. Ramos through Presidential Proclamation No. 62 on September 30, 1992, aims to transform the moral fabric of Filipino society.
Mr. Fosana also highlighted that Jesus should be considered the model leader for all, embodying the values and principles of the MRP.

The second session, delivered by Hon. Spye Toledo, explored the role of youth in shaping good governance. She highlighted Filipino youth's significant influence, who comprise over 28% of the population as of August 2023. She discussed the characteristics of effective youth leaders, citing examples such as Mayor Eric B. Africa, Hon. Rowena Sombrano Africa, etc.
The session emphasized that good governance is characterized by integrity, vision, clear communication, and a focus on team interests. She also discussed the importance of youth leaders in adapting to change and using social media as a tool for promoting leadership and good governance.
Quoting John Quincy Adams, she reminded the participants, "If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, then you are a leader."
The training concluded with a call for youth leaders to maintain a positive attitude, recognize the constancy of change, and stay committed to their purpose in leadership.
This event was a significant step in the Junior Canossa Lipa Student Organization's journey toward developing responsible and visionary leaders for the future.

Mother Teresa was born Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu in Uskup, Ottoman Empire (now Skopje, North Macedonia), on August 26, 1910. Her family was of Albanian descent. At the age of twelve, she felt strongly the call of God. She knew she had to be a missionary to spread the love of Christ. At the age of eighteen she left her parental home in Skopje and joined the Sisters of Loreto, an Irish community of nuns with missions in India. After a few monthsโ training in Dublin she was sent to India, where on May 24, 1931, she took her initial vows as a nun. From 1931 to 1948 Mother Teresa taught at St. Maryโs High School in Calcutta, but the suffering and poverty she glimpsed outside the convent walls made such a deep impression on her that in 1948 she received permission from her superiors to leave the convent school and devote herself to working among the poorest of the poor in the slums of Calcutta. Although she had no funds, she depended on Divine Providence, and started an open-air school for slum children. Soon she was joined by voluntary helpers, and financial support was also forthcoming. This made it possible for her to extend the scope of her work.
Mother Teresaโs work has been recognised and acclaimed throughout the world and she has received a number of awards and distinctions, including the Pope John XXIII Peace Prize (1971) and the Nehru Prize for her promotion of international peace and understanding (1972). She also received the Balzan Prize (1979) and the Templeton and Magsaysay awar

Bartholomew was one of the twelve apostles of Jesus according to the New Testament. Most scholars today identify Bartholomew as Nathanael, who appears in the Gospel of John (1:45โ51; cf. 21:2).
The apostle Philip brought Bartholomew, who is also called Nathanael in the Gospels, to Jesus, telling him that Jesus was the person the prophets spoke about, the promised one of God. The moment Jesus saw Bartholomew, he praised him, saying that he could see that there was no dishonesty in his heart.
