How often do you actually “feel” like training ?? 🤔 When you first start working out… You feel like training most the time 💯 Progress is fast and motivation is high… But after time - those things start to slow down… And all of a sudden - you don’t “feel” like training as much 🤷♀️ Why ?? Because it gets HARD. Harder to make progress and even harder to find motivation… This is why you can’t rely on these things long term! This is where commitment and consistency become everything 🙌 It doesn’t matter if you “feel” like it or not… keep going !! Give it time. Be patience. Stay on course.
The hard days are the best because that’s when champions are made, so if you push through, you can push through anything. Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live. 💯
