The garden station is my Personal PT place for bjj and MMA im there on my free time to teach friends and personal Private sessions.. its a very small place 30sqm so its especialy reseved for my team so we are not marketing this place. We dont do drop ins, open mats or new students this place is strictly for team mates and friends..

Awesome month for the team. We got 1win in MMA lion championship 60kg Dung.
4 people competed in no gi c88 and we got 4 medals
3 golds 1silver (this silver is questionable for me tho . If you get kick in the nuts and you shout in pain do you really get DQ for being in pain?) but its all good.
We came represent and got to eat bbq after..
Our brothers from panda and thao dien did awesome aswell. Lets go again in hanoi!!!

Volume and intensity. One thing i learned from training in the uae and Dan (extra points for friendship lol) is that training can be hard and fun at the same time light spars so you can last hours learning angles but at the sametime with intent to win.. great start guys im really sore haha
