The position is very different in that the role will require the successful candidate to be trained in some technical areas related to solar power and electricity so you can easily assist customers in making the right choice of product.

Therefore, if you have some engineering in your background and can understand, speak and write English well then this is the job for you.

However, if you are a commited employee willing to learn then you can also be considered for this position as well.

We pay above average wages for this position and will provide all the training necessary for your success. Part of the training includes face-to-face training with our Australian client here in the Philippines.

We are looking for an experienced customer service representative for our American client. Your primary role is answering the phone, answering all emails and resolving order issues when they arise. If you have knowledge or experience with Shopify, that will be to your advantage.

The pay is excellent with bonuses for not missing calls and answering all emails and resolving order issues.

It is a night shift role as business hours in the US are night-time here in the Philippines.

We will provide all training.

The right candidate, who will be interviewed by our client after initial screening by us, will have a starting salary in the range of 40-50k per month which will depend on experience but also performance during a 3 month probation period.
