• Required Skill: Knowledge in Business Processing & BIR Related Transactions ·
• Must be willing to be deployed anywhere in the Philippines ·
• Flexible and willing to render overtime when necessary ·
• Knowledgeable in using MS Excel, Facebook and Email ·
• Can work with minimal supervision ·
• Critical attention to details ·
• Hardworking
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience ·
• Full Time Positions Available

• Process payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements and statements. ·
• Prepare regulatory and financial reports
• Record and report day-to-day financial transactions
• Payroll processing
• Review financial reports such as invoices, receipts, ledgers and purchase orders ·
• Formulate and monitor the budget allocations ·
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports to management on budgetary performance ·
• Manage banking relationships ·
• Accounts receivables and accounts payable ·
• Formulate and present financial statements ·
• Execute all accounting transaction and effect the necessary reconciliation of outstanding transactions ·
• Make journal entries as advised by the superior ·
• Verify vouchers and any supporting documents attached in it ·
• Verify and sort receipts to make calculations more understandable ·
• Make vouchers manually ·
• Provide reports and accomplishments ·
• Performs other related accounting functions
