Ospital Ng Makati commemorates the National TB Day on August 17, 2023.

The Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Section in collaboration with the Internal Medicine Department celebrate the National TB Day through a lay forum in the Ambulatory Care Medicine (ACM) patients.

It aims to provide awareness to the public in the control and management of the disease, its diagnosis and treatment.

Flyers indicating the prevention and early detection of TB were disseminated to the audience along with the first aid kits which contains mask, alcohol, and hand sanitizer.

An open forum were done to address the concerns and manifestations of the audience with regards to TB and other Lung Diseases.

Day 2 of IPC Week was a blast! Our quizbee event brought out the competitive spirit in everyone! 🎉
