Pay-out day is coming on Dec 20, 2022. 🎉

Today we will be welcoming new member to join to our coop for year 2023 , If you have in mind to join just send the link below for them to join.

The start of contribution of coop year 2023 will be on Dec 15, 2022. Registration must be accomplished before December 10, 2022 to get your name to the master list of members.

And also for old member na wish sumali next year fill up din po just choose ‘OLD’.

Reminder‼️

Please settle all your loan balance on or before Nov 30, 2022 or on your due date to release your savings.

Borrowers who will not settle their corresponding loans on the given time will subject to force collection.

Please be reminded also that withdrawing your funds before Dec 20 means, you can only get your share capital without interest.

In preparation for the payout day, everyone who have loans and unpaid contribution will received their BALANCE SUMMARY sent by the page to know how much money you owed in the coop 😊 and a summary will be posted on this gc today.

Long unpaid contribution must pay their contribution until sunday Nov 6, 2022 in order to avoid automatic termination of your membership, (meaning your fund will be withdraw without the interest earned just the principal)

❗️The allowed unpaid contribution up to date must be Oct 31 only.

HOW TO BE A MEMBER FOR YEAR 2022?

We would like to inform everyone that in order to have bigger payout next year.

✅We would start our contribution day for year 2022 on DECEMBER 15, 2021.

✅So the period will be (Dec 15, 2021 - Dec 15, 2022) a total of 12 months to have the minimum payout of ₱12,000 per account.

✅You can get more than 1 account under your name but have different codes.
If you own 1 or more accounts in the coo, below will be the projection.
1 account - 500 per cut off = 12,000 + (interest x1)
2 accounts – 1000 per cut off = 24,000 + (interest x2)
3 accounts – 1500 per cut off = 36,000 + (interest x3)
4 accounts – 2000 per cut off = 48,000 + (interest x4)
5 accounts – 2500 per cut off = 60,000 + (interest x5)

✅Interest came from all charges and penalty divided by EQUALLY in total number of accounts.

✅Application of loan will be one person name only within the time period so if you have 4 accounts , you can only use 1 of the 4 accounts code to do loans. And after you fully paid the loan that’s the time you can do loans again. 3.5% interest for members!

✅As it will be conflict to our last day of contribution for this year.
We decided that if you can’t paid the 1st cut-off for the year 2022.
You can still paid it until Dec 31, 2021 without any penalty exclusive ONLY for OLD members.

✅So if you have in mind to invite in our cooperative, the registration of the coop will be starting November 15, 2021 until December 14, 2021.

✅And if may pahabol we can still accept until January 15, 2022 but It already have penalty every 15 days starting Dec 15, 2021 for NEW members.

Processing of loan depends on the availability of officer in charge and the completeness of document required.

As this coop will not compensate any officers in charge just purely hardwork and voluntary help the members to save money.

Please if you will request loans must be 1 day after your loan application date to give time to officer to process your loan.

✓Anytime we can all file a loan. No need to wait for cut off every 15/30. As long as there is available funds your application will be processed.

✓If there is no available funds, your application will be lined up and process once there is available funds.

✓You will be notified regarding the status of your loan.

Regarding multiple accounts

✓Please be informed that loan is counted per person not per account.
✓Loan per account will only be considered depends on the amount, available funds & status of previous loans if there is any.

✓For those with existing loan, settle your loan first to file for a new one.

✓This Coop's main purpose is to be available for all the members in time of financial need, just make sure to do your responsibility as a borrower. 😊
