Brazilian Jiujitsu is a self-defence martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting, and submission holds. BJJ focuses on taking one's opponent down to the ground, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks, chokeholds, or compression locks.

Boxing combines punching drills and conditioning exercises that can improve your heart health, strength, endurance, balance and coordination

Muay Thai isn't just for improving your cardio. It's also much more than a full-body workout. The skills that you learn in Muay Thai martial arts classes are also effective for self-defence. Muay Thai techniques evolved for use on the battlefields by ancient Thai warriors.

Why should you have Integrity and Loyalty in order to be successful?

These are two words easily thrown out but very difficult to practice.

There is no measure to loyalty and integrity. There is only conviction and everyday practice that you are aligned with the people you want to be with. You are with your tribe no matter what.

We currently live in a world where loyalty and integrity is always shifting. It has shrunk to a level where it is slowly becoming weightless and non-existent.

It is a clear display of character - of one's character. When they are loyal when it's good but leave when it no longer suits their personal interests.
