Sealed in prayer. 🙂 Most of us don’t get our dream job right after graduation from the university, hence, we tend to complain about not pursuing what we are really passionate about. It’s never an excuse that you’re not in your dream job. Rather, treat your full time job as a stepping stone to the visions you are building. If your job is from 8am to 4pm, you still have all night to work on the things you want to create. Truly pour out yourself. You’re young. You have all the energy in the world. You are a new blood. You have the creativity that this place needs for us to step up the game. Pursue passionately. Don’t just work hard. Work hard and work smart. "Working hard" is your attitude how you work. "Working smart" is the efficiency of your strategy. Hence, it goes together. You work hard with the smart strategy that you have. If your strategy sucks but you work hard, sooner or later, your competitors will outgrew you. Same goes with no matter how great your strategy but if you don’t work hard, your labor is bound to a terrible fall in the future. So work hard and don’t let others outsmart you. Reward yourself. Reward yourself from working hard and smart. Everybody deserves to be appreciated. The problem is we always look for appreciation from others but we often forget to appreciate ourselves first.
