His profound sacrifice on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟭, 𝟭𝟵𝟴𝟯, serves as a powerful reminder that the struggle for justice and liberty is always worth it.

Ang City of Malabon University (CMU) ay pamantasan na itinayo para sa mga Kabataang Malabueños. Ito ay tinutustusan ng Lokal na Pamahalaan sa kasalukuyan sa kadahilanang ang nakaraang administrasyon ay hindi tumalima sa mga alituntunin ng CHED kung kaya tinanggalan ang CMU ng subsidiya mula sa UNIFAST. Sa madaling sabi, ang Lokal na Pamahalaan na ng Malabon ang kasalukuyang pumapasan sa mga gastusin ng Pamantasan, na nagmumula naman sa pagbabayad ng buwis ng mamamayang Malabon. Dahil dito, nagkaroon ng malungkot ngunit nararapat na kapasyahang iprayoridad ng CMU ang mga Malabueños. Sa mga maaapektuhang estudyante, dasal namin ang inyong taos-pusong pang-unawa.

Sa katanungang prerequisite ba ang COMELEC registration sa pagproseso ng clearance, ang sagot po ay hindi. Ang pagproseso po ng clearance at COMELEC registration ay dalawang aktibidades po na magkahiwalay. Kung kaya’t mariin naming pinabubulaanan ang mga maling impormasyong ikinakalat na ang COMELEC registration ay kabahagi ng pagproseso ng clearance.

Nais din namin ipabatid na ang proseso ng clearance para sa lahat ng magaaral ng CMU ay nagsimula noong May 16 at magtatapos ng June 7 samantalang ang COMELEC registration at tatakbo lamang mula May 29 hanggang May 31. Sa nakalipas na dalawang linggo ang ating magaaral mula sa 3rd year at 4th year ay natapos na ang kanilang clearance. Ito ay nairaos nila ng walang hinihinging pagrehistro sa COMELEC. Ngayong Linggo ay itinakda naman para sa clearance ng 2nd year at sa susunod na linggo ay nakatakda para sa mga 1st year.

Muli, sa ating mga bagong magaaral na papasok sa taong ito, ang prayoridad ng CMU ay ang mga Kabataang Malabuenos kung kaya't sila ay hinihingian ng voter's ID ng kanilang mga magulang o ng kabataang aplikante mismo bilang patunay na sila ay karapat-dapat sa libreng edukasyon na ipinamamahagi ng ating Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Malabon.

Today, we commemorate the 82nd anniversary of Araw ng Kagitingan, or the Day of Valor, with deep respect and appreciation. On this significant day, we take a moment to remember the incredible bravery and selflessness shown by Filipino soldiers during the Battle of Bataan in World War II. Their unwavering courage and sacrifice exemplify true heroism, reminding us of the resilience and strength of the Filipino nation in challenging times.

As we honor the courageous individuals who gave their lives to defend our freedom and sovereignty, let us also renew our commitment to uphold the principles they fought so fiercely for. May their acts of bravery serve as inspiration for us to pursue peace, unity, and justice, both within our country and across the globe. Today, we pay tribute to the heroes of Bataan, whose bravery and sacrifice will forever be remembered as a testament to the enduring spirit of the Filipino people throughout history.
