As we end our journey together this week, 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆.

Thank God Its Friday, NutriLearners!

According to a quotation from Billy Graham, "𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀." We as an individual have encountered problems and distress throughout our physiological, spiritual and existential levels.

Also, we can also have this experience a what we call a spiritual distress. But, on 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲? Also, 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀? Let us all find out by reading the image below!

Greetings for a Beautiful Thursday, NutriLearners!

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮, "𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱." For this reason, exercise will help us to be the best version of ourselves and have a peace of mind. Also, being physically fit it will strengthen our characteristics and strengths to perform better in every tasks everyday.

As the near of the end becomes visible to everyone, 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝘁. But, this goal needs a well-detailed plan and program that will help you achieve your own goal in life.

NutriLearners, we should keep in mind that sometimes 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝘂𝗻. For this reason, this is what we call a toxic relationship and as an individual we should spot these crucial red flags in a relationship.
