✨Teresing’s Balitsaw is a local product from Magdiwang, Sibuyan, Romblon. It is the local version of bagoong, a condiment of salted and fermented fish or alamang (krill). The fermented krill is sauteed with coconut milk which adds a slightly sweet and creamy flavor to the typical bagoong. It is a great partner with fruits like Green Mangoes or Jackfruit. It is also a perfect side dish.

😋 One of the best recipe home made from Sibuyan, Romblon.
Teresing's Balitsaw Ginataang Alamang was locally made from a fermented shrimp or alamang (krill). Cooked in fresh coconut which adds a slightly sweet and creamy flavor to the typical bagoong. It's the perfect dip for green mangoes, boiled sweet potato or young banana. You can also use it as a topping on rice for extra flavoring
