ROLES:
EPR Project Manager - Oversee the entire EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) project from the formulation of framework, ex*****on of the project, report preparation and audit. He/She will serve as the main contact point of the clients for the EPR project.

Environmental Permit Officer - Work as a company representative and coordinate activities with other groups and agencies involved in the environmental permits process, including the DENR, EMG, LGU, other government agencies as may be required.

The Project Manager (EPR Specialist) will be in charge on the compliance management for plastic packaging producer responsibility schemes. Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and effective implementation of work plans and targets. Will handle multiple projects specifically related to plastic waste management and recycling process.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or preferably Master degree in the major of environmental science, solid waste management, policy development, environmental economy, sustainable production and consumption, natural resources management or an equivalent
2. At least 3-5 years of practical experience in area(s) related to the above-mentioned area(s)
3. Demonstrated experience in plastic value chain or the Plastic industry is an advantage
4. Good organization, analytical and practical problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to work independently, handle various concurrent projects, rank priorities, and deliver
tasks assignments in a timely manner
5. Able to communicate professionally and write technical reports
6. Team player

Seagrass beds are considered as the pastures of the sea. They are one of the highly productive marine ecosystems, supporting numerous herbivore- and detritivore-based food chains. Seagrass, for instance, is a major food source for a number of grazing marine animals such as the dugong (𝘋𝘶𝘨𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘶𝘨𝘰𝘯) and the green sea turtle (𝘊𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘢 𝘮𝘺𝘥𝘢𝘴). An adult green turtle can eat about two kilograms (wet weight) of seagrass a day while an adult dugong, about 28 to 40 kilograms (wet weight) a day. (seagrasswatch.org)

People also benefit from seagrass-drived fish and invertebrates for subsistence, food security, and income-generation. In a paper by Tan et al. in 2007, documented annual revenue attributed to seagrass in the Bohol Marine Triangle alone accounted to US$105,990.

• Have knowledge in other environmental permits such as discharge, PTO, hazardous or LLDA clearance

Qualifications
1. Degree in Environmental Science, Natural Science, Engineering or Equivalent
2. 5-10 years qualification gained in an environmental consultancy area
3. Experience in EIA, as both an EIA practitioner and with EIA management
4. Membership in professional body
5. Ability to lead teams, work well with a team, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Excellent planning and organization skill
7. Strong technical report writing skills and attention to detail
8. Experience in consultancy and support providing advice to clients in a variety of sectors.
