Kasi alam ko na may mabuti akong maibibigay sa iyo kahit ayaw mo ako pakinggan (for now).
Sa mga patuloy na nagtitiwala, salamat. Kayo ang pruweba that what I do is worth it and that despite the "turn downs" I should never give up.

O ayan na si DJ Chacha....nagsasabi nang maging masinop ka at mag- invest....added advise ko lang sa yo, ok naman magninvest sa lupa...pero invest ka rin sa insurance ha.
Kasi di natin alam, baka mawala ka dito sa mundo, yung lupa mo, ililipat pa yan sa pangalan ng anak o kapatid o asawa mo bago maibenta at mapakinabangang pera.
Samantalang ang Insurance, pag nawala ka sa mundo CASH AGAD na 300k to millions ( dependent sa investment mo) para sa mga mahal mo at kanilang gastusin.
Invest wisely, invest in yourself ;)
