Today is Training Day 1 of our ONLINE CERTIFICATION TRAINING ON WTP OPERATIONS & WW QUALITY MONITORING with bonus topic on SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT, scheduled 21-26Feb2022, Monday to Saturday 13:00-17:30H.

We start Training Day 1 of our ONLINE CERTIFICATION TRAINING COURSE on WTP OPERATIONS, WW QUALITY MONITORING, and introductory course on SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT by 1pm today, 13Dec2021.

We are now making sure that all enrolled and confirmed Participants of next week's (13-18Dec2021) ONLINE CERTIFICATION TRAINING COURSE on WTP OPERATIONS, WW QUALITY MONITORING and the Bonus Topic INTRODUCTION TO SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT" are sent the:
1. PRE-ASSESSMENT FORM for them to complete and send back to us soonest = SEND OUT DONE; now waiting for them to respond. Our Training Facilitators review these forms before they finalize the design of the Training Proceedings, the Pacing of the Lecture-Presentations, and what topics to specifically include in the lecture-presentations.
2. POINTERS FOR ONLINE TRAINING PARTICIPANTS that they need to read and understand, so that we do not encounter any "technical" problems next week - SEND OUT DONE; now waiting for them to respond.

Although our Training Facilitators may mention or show pictures of WTP facilities and equipment, for example, they will not discuss how to design a WTP, nor how to size of equipment, nor how to determine materials of construction of tanks, piping and equipment. They will also ignore (not respond to) any questions on such topics, since this online training course is chiefly on WTP operations.

The Training Course covers the following major modules:
Operation of a WTP (Wastewater/Sewage) Treatment Plant),
Wastewater Quality Monitoring,
and a new topic: Introduction to Sustainability Management.
In the topic INTRODUCTION TO SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT, we will discuss the concept that your company’s operations are a system, not only of monetary flows and resource flows, but also flows of a number of wasted resources – from the materials warehouse to the finished products warehouse - that have monetary value. These wasted resources still must be managed e.g. wastewater treatment, solid waste sorting/storage/haul-out, etc., and thus, could end up more costly than the finished products that your company is able to market and sell.

The objective of the course is to develop and enhance stock knowledge and skills in:
Wastewater Treatment Processes,
Treatment Process Control Parameters,
Process Troubleshooting,
Routine Tests & Measurements,
Health and Safety Concerns in WTP Operations,
Recording & Reporting
and Wastewater Quality Monitoring,
to the extent that these topics are relevant to WTP/STP operations and wastewater management. It can happen that the design of a Treatment Plant is discussed, but such discussion/s is/are only for purposes of understanding the physical facilities, and not really on how to design a treatment plant. We regret to advise that we do not offer any training on WTP/STP Design.

We provide narrative Handout Materials in printed form for you to read and refer to. We regret that we will not positively respond to any request that we send the soft copy of those handout Materials. We do not provide copies of our presentation slides. We do not allow anyone to take any pictures of our presentation slides during the training.

We issue a Certificate of Attendance only to those who are a 100% present during the online training sessions. 100% attendance is determined as follows: our Monitor must be able to view you from chest to head level all throughout the Training Proceedings, Day 1 to Day 6. We issue a Certificate of Completion, and indicate in the Certificate the rating obtained, only for those who pass any of the three (3) categories of certification examinations.

If you will register for the online certification training, in addition to your employment position and company/organization name/address/tel #/email address, please also indicate in the Registration Form the complete address to where the Handouts will be sent upon our confirmation of receipt of your training fee payment, and the Certificates that you earn upon the completion of the online training course. If it is your HR or Personnel Division/Department or your superior who has enrolled you, we normally provide feedback to them on your participation and performance in the Certification Examinations, if we are requested to do so.

Finally, please indicate your correct cellphone number/s and Gmail email address, as that is where we send (to Confirmed Participants) the ACCESS CODE to the Online Sessions at 12noon each day of the training schedule. We use Googles G-Suite Business through a fiber wire internet system to stream the online training course, hence the preference for a Gmail email address.

Note 1. Training Fee covers the conduct of the online training proceedings, the cost of Handout Materials, Certificate of Attendance (only if 100% attendance), and Certificate of Completion (only when exam is passed), and courier-delivery thereof. The handout materials are in narrative form. Presentation Slides are NOT provided as handout materials. Per courier service, handouts can be delivered nationwide within two (2) weeks.
Note 2. The Training Fee must be paid on the date indicated in the schedule above. Check payments should be made payable to AQUATREAT ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS INC., deposited to our corporate account, and the proof of deposit (in clear JPG or PDF format) emailed immediately to us.
Note 3. If any withholding tax is deducted from the payment, do email us the BIR Form 2307 Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source - a BIR requirement - on Training Day 1 at the latest. Our TIN is indicated in our Billing Invoice. If the said document is not sent us as scheduled, we will withhold the release of the Training Certificate/s.
Note 4. A registrant becomes a CONFIRMED PARTICIPANT only upon our confirmation of receipt of the Training Fee payment. Only CONFIRMED PARTICIPANTS will be granted access to the online training proceedings.
Note 5. All registrants must indicate the exact address, their cp # on-hand and their email address where they will be located when they attend the training proceedings. The Handout Materials will be sent by courier to the indicated exact address, only upon confirmation of receipt of the Training Fee Payment. The Access Code to the training proceedings will be sent by text messaging and by email to each Confirmed Participant an hour before the start of the session. Upon conclusion of the training proceedings, Certificates to which the participant is eligible will be sent by courier, along with the original Billing Invoice and Official Receipt.
Note 6. One (1) individual training fee = only one (1) training participant. Confirmed Participants will be instructed every now and then to move their video camera so that the participant’s immediate surroundings are seen. The Training Organizers will remove any participant spotted to have any companion/s watching the Online Training Proceedings. Removal shall mean that the participant is barred from watching the remaining online session for that day.
