Q: How did you get into running?
R: When I was in third year high school, I always compete in athletics particularly in track and field 5000m dash and in steeplechase. I stopped in 2010. In year 2017, I started to run again. I trained in Ayala Malls Vertis North Runners. (TRD training ). I learned the drills and the correct running form. Doon ako muling naging active sa running at doon ko natutunan ang pacing at ibang mga bagay na di ko pa alam noon.

Q: What is your normal workout schedule?
R: Sometimes, I run in the morning. Sometimes, I run in the afternoon. Minsan tamad ako magtraining kasi kulang ako sa oras. Pagod lagi sa trabaho. Wala po akong proper training kundi ang alam ko bsta takbo lang. Kung sisipagin lang.

Q: What is your greatest achievement in running?
R: Podium finishes especially first place finishes. Enjoying the races. Meeting new friends in running.

Q: What tips can you give to aspiring runners?
R: Just continue running. Keep up the good work. Don't give up. Train hard. Pray lagi na walang injury during races. Kung gusto mo makuha yung best time, bigyan din ng pahinga ang katawan. Wag masyad**g abusuhin.

Q: What is your message to Team Run Direction?
R: Thank you for making me a part of this team. Thank you TRD for the support, sa lahat ng tulong ninyo. Hangga't kaya ko, dadalhin ko ang Team Run Direction.
