1. PRICE APPRECIATION ⬆️
You buy it a low price then as time passes, propeties usually appreciate in value. That alone can make your money grow for you. Should you sell it in the future, you will make good profit out of it. This can be achieved by investing in pre-selling properties.
2. RENTAL INCOME 💵
Buying a property and renting it out either short term or long term. The location is a big factor for rental properties to actually make good money so invest wisely. It is easier to lease out properties in location with high population and traffic than in secluded places that would require more marketing efforts and strategies.
3. BE A REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON 👩🏻💼 👨💼
