Easy Gourmet Recipes Perfect with Five Star frozen food

When I ask the waiter or waitress a simple question, an appropriate answer is required.

Me (asking about the beef tapa): Matamis ba ‘to or maalat? (Is this dish sweet or salty?)

Wait staff: ‘Sakto lang, ser. (It’s just right, sir)

That kind of answer REALLY bugs me to no end! Just answer the question!!!

So we were given this piece of steak on 20March2024 with a disclaimer, “It might be kind of tough, okay?” Fast forward to seven days later, we had time to do what we could. Inserted unpeeled garlic, applied a dry rub with some Slap Ya Mama added, threw it in the sous vide for 4.5 hours, and then seared each side for 45 seconds. The sous vide bath released a lot of juiciness (see the gravy on the left?) but the meat wasn’t dry at all. Here’s the kicker: the meat was tender and moist! It was borderline medium/medium rare simply because of all that time bathing.

I know it’s been awhile since I last posted any vids of me drumming. Long story short: s**t hit the fan, depression set in (again), and l finally said to myself, “Bennii… Get your s**t together!” I immersed myself in learning new gear, techniques/technics, and becoming a better me!

First things first, I have the greatest family in the world and I honestly don’t think ANYONE would’ve bailed me out as quick as they did! Huge thanks to Mamushki, Nanay, and (of course) Insan Gina!!! High fives and bear hugs to JoeyD, Roy, and Desi!

That all being said, I have a new drum cover. The recording itself was actually finished back in July/August 2023 and I only got to the video two weeks ago. This song also kind of sums up how things have been unfolding, you know? Basically saying s**t happens.

It looks like we got the Adobo right this time! Lots o’ garlic and a hint of balsamic vinegar balanced with the usual suspects kicked it into high gear!!! himself and his son like it really saucy so they can mix it with their rice. Paired with a nice Garden Salad to boot!

We brought back the Mozzarella Chicken tonight but took a few shortcuts without taking too many shortcuts! Wait… Whut?????????? Aaaaaaaaaaanyhoo… Forgot the pepperoni but the spaghetti with the sauce and cheesiness were ON POINT! Side note: learning to dial back recipes since the wife passed. Getting better at it! Crap! Forgot to make Garlic Bread also, gahndamnit!!!
