PROCLAMATION NO. 244 s. 1993
DECLARING SEPTEMBER OF EVERY YEAR AS NATIONAL CLEAN-UP MONTH AND THE 17TH TO THE 23RD OF SEPTEMBER OF EACH YEAR AS THE WORLD CLEAN AND GREEN WEEK.
As we usually say, "Ang limpyo nga barangay magsugod sa atong tugkaran ug panimalay." The Tinago C Youth Officers and Volunteers celebrate their own Clean Up Day and participate the National Clean Up Day with the theme of this year's National Clean-Up Day "Reimagining Clean, Healthy, Sustainable, and Trash-free Seas." Let's all do our part to pave the way for a cleaner and greener planet! May this community-wide cleanup serve as a reminder to all of us that even the smallest individual actions can have a significant impact on saving our home, and how much more so if we all work together to improve every environmental aspect. If we do so, we will surely be able to create a better future for our planet. 💚
To the Honorable Dennis Alimpangog, Kuya Randy Bob Weith, and Ate Kylle Catherine Bulagao Ig-agao, thank you so much for being magnanimous and for your assistance. May God continue to bless your family.
To my Tinago C Youth Officers and Volunteers Thank you so much for always saying "yes" and to Laban for our mugna. Although it was exhausting, the fact that we helped our community was a huge success and paid off. 👏🏻🫶

Cleanliness is not a question of materials and objects; it is a matter of people's dedication and work. Individually keeping public spaces as clean as feasible, a public prepared to pay for what individuals cannot keep clean or clean up, public education for what constitutes or does not constitute acceptable practices, and keeping the public informed of when and where specific problems need to be handled.
We would like to thank Honorable Dennis Alimpangog, Honorable Myleen Guido Sanchez, and Honorable JJ Go for giving us this chance again to help with the clean up drive in Sitio Perez-Mayol Compound. This action provided us with the opportunity to become more productive individuals by showing us how to care for our communities and environment. If only we understood the significance of every action we take, presenting and participating in such events would be of immense benefit to our community. Through this effort, we can now contribute and participate in a more meaningful and substantial manner. Through a clean-up drive, we might provide an outlet for everyone who shares the same values and zeal for protecting and preserving the natural environment. 💚
