*Manages, monitors and interprets the contract design documents supplied by the client

*Supervises the site lead, skilled workers and laborers in the site

*Ensures the worksite is compliant with the government and company regulations

*Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

*Oversees the selection and requisition of materials

*Agrees to the price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project and

*Prepare reports as required

Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures

Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports
