In order to provide government employees full opportunity to properly observe traditional AIl Saints' Day and All Souls' Day activities, allow them to travel to and from different regions in the country, and promote domestic tourism, work in government offices and classes at all levels shall be suspended on 31 October 2024 starting 12:00 p.m.

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work for private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.

Hello admin, sana ma-post ito. Ako at ang aking partner ay parehong nagtatrabaho. Minsan siya ang nauunang umalis, minsan ako, depende na sa work schedule ko tuwing cutoff. May 6:30, may 7:30, at 12 hours akong wala sa bahay. Ang asawa ko naman ay mula 7:00 AM hanggang 5:00 PM.

Ganito kasi ang nangyari, mga mhie...

Please help me kasi parang mababaliw na ako kakaisip...

Kaninang 11:30 AM, nag-break ako for lunch at sabi ko sa team leader namin na mali-late ako dahil uuwi ako sa bahay namin. May lagnat kasi ang panganay ko. Dalawa pala anak ko, mga mhie, parehong babae.

Habang nasa work ako, hindi ako mapakali. Parang may nagtutulak talaga sa akin na umuwi agad. Kaya dali-dali akong umuwi. Pagdating ko sa boarding house namin, kumatok ako, pero ang tagal bago may nagbukas ng pinto. Naka-limang katok pa ako bago nabuksan. Inisip ko na baka tulog silang lahat. Lolo pala nila ang nagbabantay sa kanila, tatay ng live-in partner ko.

Nang makapasok na ako, nagtataka ako dahil nakahiga lang ang mga anak ko sa k**a at gising naman sila. Ang napansin ko talaga ay ang bunso kong anak, wala siyang short at basang-basa ang a̶r̶i niya.

Kaya dali-dali akong lumapit at pinunasan siya. Sabi ng Lolo nila na umihi daw siya, pero nang hawakan ko, naamoy ko ang sp*rm ng lalaki. Kaya chineck ko agad ang anak ko, mga mhie, at grabe, bagong-bago pa yung sp*rm, buo-buo pa yung mga puti na umabot hanggang likuran ng anak ko.

Agad kong tinanong ang Lolo nila kung ano 'yun at bakit may ganoon sa a̶r̶i ng bata. Ang tanging sagot niya lang ay ̶i̶h̶i daw yun.

Hindi ko na alam ang gagawin ko kundi umiyak...

Pinunasan ko yung a̶r̶i ng anak ko at sabi niya masakit daw...

Ngayon, nandito kami sa public hospital para ma-check ang anak ko, pero ang sabi, hindi daw maibibigay ang resulta kapag wala pang police request o blotter.

Pero gusto ko na talagang malaman, mga mhie, please. Anong madaling paraan para malaman ko agad?
