Traceability: Have you noticed the unique code on the tag of your EU pork? It details the origin, birth date, and farm of your purchased meat, registered at every step of the packaging process. This system allows for complete traceability for everyone.

Paleta - It's the front leg of the pig. It's tasty with a strong cured aroma and great for a small family dinner. They typically weigh around 4-6kg.
Jamón - This is the hind leg and it's the commonly known type of European ham. It's larger and has a milder flavor, and more meat. It's good for parties and weighs around 7-9kg.
Carving Tip - Jamón is easier to cut because it has fewer bones. But don't worry if you like Paleta, just take your time to learn and you'll enjoy the taste!

EU Pork Loin Scrambled Eggs are not only flavorful but also incredibly easy to prepare. To ensure the pork loin is tender and juicy, we have a secret tip for you: use a small amount of egg white to tenderize the meat. This little trick will keep the pork moist and succulent. When it comes to the eggs, mix in a bit of cornstarch water to maintain their silkiness, and take them off the heat just as they start to set. With these simple techniques, you're on your way to a delicious and perfectly cooked dish.
Get ready to have a WONTONful time with the succulent temptation of EU pork! 😍
Ingredients: 500g minced EU pork shoulder or belly, water chestnuts, salt and pepper, sesame oil, spring onion, an egg white, wonton wrappers and vegetable oil for frying.
Chef secret: the addition of chopped water chestnuts gives a crunchy texture, and it also has a natural sweet flavor.
Recipe:
1. Mix sesame oil, spring onions, minced ginger, salt, and pepper into the EU pork filling.
2. Stir in chopped water chestnuts and season to taste.
3. Beat egg white into the filling to smooth the texture.
4. Spoon the filling onto wonton wrappers and fold.
5. Fry the wontons in vegetable oil at 170℃ for 3-5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
6. Plate and garnish with chopped spring onions.

Ingredients:
- EU pork loin
- Button mushrooms
- Onion
- Garlic
- Puff pastry sheet
- Egg
- Mustard
- Rosemary
- Salt and pepper
Steps:
1. Take the EU pork loin and cut it open horizontally (without cutting through).
2. Gently flatten it and season with salt and pepper, then roll it and truss it with twine.
3. Finely dice some garlic and button mushrooms, combining them with mustard and rosemary to create a flavorful paste.
5. In a pan, sauté some diced onions and sear the pork loin roll until the surface becomes beautifully caramelized.
6. Spread the paste onto the roll and wrap it in a puff pastry sheet, then brush on an egg wash. (don't forget to remove the twine!)
7. Bake in the oven at 215°C for 25 minutes, decorate with your favorite herbs and your delicious pastry is ready to be served!

To cook:
1. Finely chop the pork loin.

3. Add some oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce and dark soy sauce to marinate the meat.
4. Cut the chilli peppers and remove the seeds.
5. Stuff the pork mince inside.
6. Cook in an air fryer for 15 minutes at 180°C.
P.S. You can do it in a traditional oven, too, if you don't have an air fryer!

Croquettes, also known as 'fried balls made with meat,' have their own celebration day for their glo-ball admirers! Gear up for International Croquette Day on January 16th with our first recipe of 2024 — the Cheesy EU Pork Croquettes!🌟
Steps:
1. Prepare EU pork belly and dice.
2. Chop some onions and tomatoes.
3. In a bowl, mix the meat and vegetables, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Rest the mix for 10 minutes.
5. Crumble some of your favorite cheese.
6. Shape the mix into golf ball size balls.
7. Flatten the meatballs with your fingers and stuff with cheese, then shape them to look good!
8. Coat the cheese-stuffed meatballs with flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs (in this order).
9. Heat oil in a pot to around 160°C and fry the meatballs for 4-5 minutes.
