Ano ang maaring gawin kung ikaw ay nadiagnose ng COVID-19 gamit ang RT-PCR at mayroong mild symptoms?

1. ISOLATE
Ikaw ay sasabihin na mag isolate sa bahay minimum 14 days. Ang ibig sabihin ng isolation ay ikaw ay hihiwalay sa mga tao na kasama mo sa bahay. Ikaw ay magpapatuloy sa pagsuot ng mask at maghuhugas ng kamay.

Ito ay paraan upang hindi mahawa ang mga tao sa paligid mo kahit ang iyong pakiramdam ay maayos naman. Ito ay para sa mga taong posibleng pag tinamaan ng sakit ay magkakaroon ng moderae o severe symptoms.

2. MONITOR
a. Temperature - Bumili ng thermometer upang masukat ng accurate ang iyong temperature.
b. Oxygen saturation - Bumili ng pulse oximeter upang masukat ang iyong Oxygen sa katawan.

Ang mga ito ay maaaring gawing batayan upang malaman kung
ang iyong simtomas ay lumalala.

3. CONSULT ONLINE
Upang magabayan ka sa iyong mga nararamdaman at ikaw ay mabigyan ng payo kung kailangan ka na pumunta sa ospital, humanap ng online doctor na maaaring mag monitor sa iyo.

FACT: People who have gotten sick with COVID-19 may still benefit from getting vaccinated. Due to the severe health risks associated with COVID-19 and the fact that re-infection with COVID-19 is possible, people may be advised to get a COVID-19 vaccine even if they have been sick with COVID-19 before.

There is not enough information currently available to say if or for how long people are protected from getting COVID-19 after they have had it (natural immunity). Early evidence suggests natural immunity from COVID-19 may not last very long, but more studies are needed to better understand this. Several subjects in the Pfizer trial who were previously infected got vaccinated without ill effects. When a person gets vaccinated against a disease, their risk of infection is also reduced โ€“ so theyโ€™re also less likely to transmit the virus or bacteria to others. As more people in a community get vaccinated, fewer people remain vulnerable, and there is less possibility for an infected person to pass the pathogen on to another person. Lowering the possibility for a pathogen to circulate in the community protects those who cannot be vaccinated (due to health conditions, like allergies, or their age) from the disease targeted by the vaccine.
