Ano ang maaring gawin kung ikaw ay nadiagnose ng COVID-19 gamit ang RT-PCR at mayroong mild symptoms?
1. ISOLATE
Ikaw ay sasabihin na mag isolate sa bahay minimum 14 days. Ang ibig sabihin ng isolation ay ikaw ay hihiwalay sa mga tao na kasama mo sa bahay. Ikaw ay magpapatuloy sa pagsuot ng mask at maghuhugas ng kamay.
Ito ay paraan upang hindi mahawa ang mga tao sa paligid mo kahit ang iyong pakiramdam ay maayos naman. Ito ay para sa mga taong posibleng pag tinamaan ng sakit ay magkakaroon ng moderae o severe symptoms.
2. MONITOR
a. Temperature - Bumili ng thermometer upang masukat ng accurate ang iyong temperature.
b. Oxygen saturation - Bumili ng pulse oximeter upang masukat ang iyong Oxygen sa katawan.
