Meet Dahongpalay: Ramon Zialcita, better known as the The Doctor, the fuel that drives DP. He originally wanted to form a band with Eurd and Derrick but fate drew him to a different path, management. He became DP’s manager until he decided to focus on hosting Pulp events and URCC. Yet he still handled bookings for the Kings of Dark Metal.

Meet Dahongpalay: The band officially formed in 1992 and is better known to their followers as “The Philippines’ Answer to Black Sabbath” or “Kings of Dark Metal”. They have been part of half a dozen compilation albums and released their solo album “Kapatiran ng Bakal at Apoy” under Ivory Record’s Tone Def Label. They have more than 800++ shows under their belt ranging from underground gigs to major arena shows. Watch out for their 2023 single or better yet catch them live on Aug 25,26,& Sept 1 during their manila shows alongside other awesome bands!
