Spam Strings with Onions and Egg. No name for the dish yet. Whomever thinks of a great name for this dish gets a free drink (ask for Luis). Inspired by the Spanish dish huevos rancheros. Fried till crispy and caramelized, which is a great contrasting texture to the softness of the yolk and white. Y son hates eggs, but when I make this I always get a clean plate back. Enjoy! :)
