It’s okay! Always put yourself first and soon you will find the time to tick off your endless lists one by one. PUT YOURSELF FIRST! Put your metal and physical wellness and you’ll find time for other things.

At least that’s what happened to me. Left is me overwhelmed with all the mess not realizing the outward mess reflects inward. What I can’t see I didn’t give attention. Believe me, even when we had yayas our house was in this mess. And I DON’T CARE ABOUT THE JUDGMENTS. I was more of a mess i side and people don’t see that. People don’t care. Not realizing the more mess up you are i side mas nagrereflect un sa labas and all they will do is judge you as a bad wife and a mother.

So PUT YOURSELF FIRST. Health matters more than the mess in your home. I’m so grateful for my health journey coz until-until na aayos ko ang buhay ko. May mga s**t pa rin of course but now I know what matters.

I kmow di ako magiisa na mom or dad to feel this. Remember, the improvements you make to your life benefits your family!

We got to dress up for my cousin’s wedding in Tarlac. What a fun weekend to see nee surrounding and soend time with family. 💙

Nung bata ako madalas kami sa Goldilocks ni mama. Paborito ko kasi ung sapin-sapin at porkchop. Pagka-simba, Goldilock sure na sunod naming pupuntahan namin kahit salat sa budget.

Wala na siya kaya may kirot sa puso tuwing ako ay pupunta sa Golidlocks para bumili ng cake.. Kapag naguunahan sa dulo ng Brazo de Merdeces sa mga salu-salo.

Hindi na mawawala ang Goldilock sa buhay namin. Gusto ko kapag wala na ako, magaganda na ala-ala ang maiwan ko saking nga anak. Yan ang natutunan ko sa aking Ina.

Expectation vs. Reality

Glammed or not, I was very much grateful for the body that brought me my Sharkieboo. I remember being hypertensive and ang body ko ay halos magiba sa virus at taas ng infections.

I celebrate the woman I was before but I’m glad I’m different now. Health truly is wealth kasi wealth means having options, the freedom to choose. Itong katawan na to was beautiful but naghihikahos.

Being was one of the greatest gift I have given me. All efforts have paid off. Di lang ako pumayat pero nagka-options ako sa maraming bagay. Option na finally alisin sa utak ko ang takot, open na gawing malusog ang pangangatawan.
