PRESS RELEASE
28 August 2021

YACAP-PH conducts a webinar entitled “Prison War: The onslaught of Humanitarian Crisis in Philippine Jails and Prisons under the Duterte Regime” as it celebrates its first year anniversary

Mr. Melchor Cayabyab states that aside from the policy on drugs, budget allocation is also a big factor. What happens outside bring forth injustices inside.

Mr. Raoul Manuel tells us that we are free to lean towards certain political beliefs or ideologies, may be it socialism or communism. No person shall be arrested and detained solely because of his political beliefs f
