Menudo with pure kamatis
1kilo pork menudo cut
10 pcs large tomato
1cup pineapplejuice
2 large potatoes
2 carrots
1 green bell pepper
Salt and pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 teaspoon margerine
Pork liver
1 large onion
Garlic
In a large bowl combine pork pineapple juice salt and pepper and paprika add some garlic onion and tomatoes let it marinate forabout an hour or overnight
Fry the carrots and tonatoes set aside
Saute the meat marinate let it simmer until the sauce thickens add the potatoes and carrots, liver salt and pepper to taste
